In just three months, the store has exceeded expectations in both sales and foot traffic, signaling strong local demand for premium yet accessible sportswear.
Developed with the vision of becoming the go-to destination for performance and style, the Tacloban Superstore offers an expansive range of ANTA apparel and footwear. From everyday basics to signature collections, its appeal spans athletes, casual wearers, and fashion-conscious shoppers alike.
“Our goal was to provide Tacloban with a space that combines function, fashion, and accessibility,” said JP Paglinawan, General Manager of ANTA Philippines.
“The strong reception proves that we’re meeting the region’s needs—both for sport and daily wear.”
The store showcases exclusive pieces from top-tier ANTA collections, including Kyrie Irving’s “KAI” line, Klay Thompson’s signature gear, and high-performance running apparel only available in Tacloban. This blend of exclusivity and accessibility has helped ANTA carve out a loyal following in the region.
ANTA is also looking to deepen its community roots. Building on previous collaborations across the Visayas, the brand plans to partner with schools in the Tacloban area to support aspiring athletes.

The store’s strong start has also sparked broader expansion plans. With Tacloban outperforming even some of ANTA’s Southeast Asian locations, discussions are already underway to roll out more superstores across the Philippines.
“The Tacloban Superstore proved that there’s strong demand for ANTA’s vision here,” added Paglinawan.
