Karaoke Manekineko Joins the Cultural Celebration at UKM Matsuri 2025

Karaoke Manekineko is excited to take part in another vibrant Japanese cultural celebration—this time at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia! Get ready for two days filled with fun, culture, and music as UKM Matsuri 2025 brings the best of Japan to campus!

Karaoke Manekineko is thrilled to be participating in UKM Matsuri 2025, a Japanese cultural festival held on 17 & 18 May 2025 at the Centre for Research in Language and Linguistics, UKM. Organized by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and supported by a range of Japanese culture enthusiasts, this two-day celebration aims to unite “Two Cultures, One Soul” through an immersive matsuri experience.

The festival, open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, will offer a variety of traditional and pop culture activities such as Yukata/Kimono wearing, karaoke, sushi, cosplay, anime fun run, fan art showcases, seiyuu and origami sessions, and more.

As a brand deeply rooted in Japanese entertainment, Karaoke Manekineko is proud to support UKM Matsuri’s goal of cultural appreciation through interactive experiences. Attendees can enjoy a taste of authentic matsuri culture while bonding with fellow fans through music, food, and games.

Karaoke Manekineko will also be present with a promotional booth to share more about our karaoke services, hand out exclusive discount flyers, and connect with new audiences. We’re honoured to contribute to the vibrant spirit of UKM Matsuri and support Malaysia’s growing love for Japanese arts and culture.

We thank UKM and the event organizers for including us in this meaningful celebration and look forward to meeting everyone at the matsuri!
