PMA Announces Exam Centers and Guidelines for 2025 Visayas Leg of Entrance Exams

CATBALOGAN CITY, Philippines — The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) has released the list of examination centers and guidelines for the Visayas and Region V leg of the 2025 PMA Entrance Examination (PMAEE), which will be held on August 23–24, 2025.

The PMAEE is the first step for aspiring cadets who wish to join the Armed Forces of the Philippines and embrace a life of honor, sacrifice, and duty as future military leaders.

Examination Centers

Visayas:

  • Iloilo City – Iloilo City National High School, Molo

  • Bacolod City – Bacolod City College Activity Center, Taculin Road

  • Dumaguete City – Negros Oriental State University Gymnasium, Main Campus I

  • Cebu City – University of Cebu, Maritime Education and Training Center, Mambling

  • Catbalogan City – Abanador Hall, 8th Infantry Division, Camp Lukban

  • Tacloban City – Leyte National High School

  • Tagbilaran City – Bohol Island State University, Main Campus, CPG Avenue

  • Kabankalan City – Kabankalan Catholic College Gymnasium

Region V:

  • Camarines Sur – Atrium, Central Bicol University of Agriculture, Pili

  • Legazpi City – NAVFORSOL Multipurpose Hall, Naval Station Julsahan Arasain, Rawis

Exam Guidelines

  • Call time: 7:00 a.m. (processing of applicants); exams start at 12:00 noon

  • Attire: White T-shirt, long pants, and closed shoes

  • Bring: Valid ID, pencils (#2), and required documents

For online/mail applicants:

  • Printed exam permit with latest 2×2 photo (white background)

  • One extra 2×2 photo (white background)

  • Valid ID

  • Pencil (#2)

For walk-in applicants:

  • Duly accomplished application form

  • Photocopy of PSA birth certificate

  • Photocopy of SHS Form 137 or 138 (with at least 85% GPA/GWA)

  • Two 2×2 photos (white background)

  • Valid ID

  • Pencil (#2)

Advisory for Applicants Without Exam Permits

Those who failed to register online before July 15, 2025, or did not receive their exam permits, may still proceed as walk-in applicants at their chosen test center. Admission will depend on the availability of test booklets and compliance with the required documents.

  • NCR and Region IV: September 6–7, 2025

  • Central and Northern Luzon: September 20–21, 2025
    (Venues and guidelines will be announced soon.)
