The kick-off event was attended by ARD Junia, Division Chiefs, and Assistant Division Chiefs, with DPWH IV-B (MIMAROPA) Regional Director Gerald A. Pacanan as the guest of honor.
The tournament began with a Zumba Workout followed by a short program, including the recitation of the Oath of Sportsmanship and reading of the guidelines. It features three categories: Inter-Division, Individual, and Kids, held every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the EMD Compound in Pawing, Leyte.
