The festival parade will happen at 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2024, beginning at Robinsons Ormoc and ending at the City Sports Complex for the showdown of the candidates for the Piña Festival Queen 2024 and grand fireworks display.

IN FRAMES: 7 Lovely Ormocanons Compete for Piña Festival Queen 2024 Title
The Ormoc City Government and the Ormoc City Festival and Cultural Foundation Inc. have introduced the seven candidates for the Piña Festival Queen 2024 title.
The seven lovely contestants are Charlene Angel Custodio, Eastern Visayas State University-Ormoc City (Pundok Sidlakan); Amehan Gonzales, Western Leyte College (Pundok Kasadpan); Monette Paula Mangcal, Barangay Don Felipe Larrazabal (Pundok Hamtatamsi); Rafa Monica Fernandez, Barangay Linao (Mapasalamaton); Dorianne L. Aerni, STI-Ormoc (Nagkahiusang Ormocanon); Jane Navarro, Barangay Ipil (Madasigon); and Jezreel Madriaga, St. Aloysius Institute of Technology (Pamilyang Aloysians).
On behalf of Ormoc Mayor Lucy Torres-Gomez and her husband, Leyte 4th District Congressman Richard Gomez, Foundation Chairwoman Estrella Maria Serafica-Pangilinan and Ormoc Fiesta Executive Committee Chairman Jude Abenoja are thrilled to invite the public to this year’s Piña Festival Parade and Showdown, as part of the city’s month-long fiesta celebration.
The festival parade will happen at 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2024, beginning at Robinsons Ormoc and ending at the City Sports Complex for the showdown of the candidates for the Piña Festival Queen 2024 and grand fireworks display. (By Ronald Reyes)
